What are your shipping times?

Shipping takes place between 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to a Mondial Relay collection point.

If you would like delivery to your home within 48 hours with Colissimo, please contact us by Instagram message before ordering.


Do you accept returns?

Yes, returns are possible but only against an EXCHANGE or a GIFT CARD to be used on the site. The steps to follow can be found on the “Return” page.

What payment methods are offered?

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Apple Pay.

If you would like to pay via PayPal please contact us via Instagram message.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely, at the moment we can ship to France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy, Portugal, and the Netherlands.

If you would like shipping to Switzerland please contact us by Instagram message.

Is my payment secure?

Payment by credit card or via PayPal made on the site is secure. We use “indicated SSL secure server name” to protect your banking data. After the transaction, a payment confirmation email will be sent to you.

I haven't received any order confirmation details?

This could happen because of a spam filter in your inbox or an incorrect email address.
Please ensure your email is written correctly when placing your order.

I want to change my delivery address or my choice of Mondial Relay point. Is it possible ?

If this happens to you, please send us your request as quickly as possible with your order number, first and last name by email: shaynizzboutique.contact@gmail.com

We may still be able to make the change if the order has not been shipped.

Can I trust you?

Absolutely, we accept payments via Visa, Mastercard and PayPal, these world leaders would never let us continue our store if we had a high rate of dissatisfied customers. Our online store is constantly monitored.

I would like to cancel my order, is this possible?

If your order has not been processed by our team, we offer to exchange the item(s) with those of your choice at the same price. However, it is not possible to cancel the order.

Are restockings of out-of-stock products planned?
